The resort provides a shuttle service to a nearby beach, but guests may also choose to stay in and marvel at the breathtaking views from their suites. Despite a minor issue with a condemned room, the resort boasts the best location and a beautiful setting that guests can admire from the comfort of their own rooms. However, some guests were not satisfied with the only beach accessible by shuttle, Paradise Beach, which did not live up to its name. Nevertheless, the location and view make Ladera Resort an ideal destination for those seeking unparalleled natural beauty.
Located in Saint Lucia, Ladera Resort offers an unparalleled experience of open-air rooms that make you feel one with nature. Each room features a private pool and rustic wood design, providing a unique and intimate lodging experience. Guests rave about the stunning views from the rooms with the Heritage Suite and Paradise Ridge Room being among the best. Despite some dated buildings with a 90s feel, the overall atmosphere is beautiful and well-maintained with neatness being a priority. However, some guests have reported less than satisfactory experiences with some rooms showing signs of wear and tear, including leaks in the ceiling and sink. Despite these outliers, the majority of guests feel that sleeping within just three walls and open-air four walls rooms connected to the surrounding nature is a truly magical experience at Ladera Resort.

The personnel at Ladera, including the reception staff, groundsmen, Caroline, Yvette, Melissa, Lee, Cynthia and Leah were most welcoming and attentive to guests' needs. The hotel provides an excellent service and many guests claimed that it has the best staff they've ever experienced. The staff are amazingly attentive and friendly without being overly stuffy, making the stay truly enjoyable. Although some guests mentioned that half of the staff wasn't very helpful, the reception staff, particularly Sherin and Melissa, were amazing! Overall, the personnel at Ladera was friendly, accommodating and full of good will as recognized by some guests' reviews. Hence, If you're looking for a hotel with fantastic staff, Ladera Resort must be your go-to destination.
